The CPS content management system uses roles-based security to allow particular users to access or edit particular information. The content of the site is stored in a database and rendered dynamically. You can maintain the site yourselves without having to write any HTML or scripting code. The application consists of reusable modules that can be customized to your specific needs. Some of the modules are:
• Announcements
• Contacts (people with their contact information)
• Discussions ( threaded messages )
• Html Document
• Images
• Links or Quick Links
• XML/XSL (xml file location and style sheet location)
• Documents (a document stored in the database or on a website)
• Newsletters (newsletter with articles)
• Tabs (administration of which tabs appear and what they look like and
• SubTabs (administration of which tabs appear under a tab and what they look like and
which roles can view/change them)
• Roles (administration of roles)
• Manage Users (administration of users and their roles)

Our ecommerce solution consists of a dynamically rendered storefront from a SQL database. The website is maintained through the administration module which allows you to:
• Add products
• Edit products including (Product Category, US price, Canadian Price, unit cost, name, picture, product number,
product description, supplier, quantity available, reorder point, quantity on order )
• Delete Products
• Modify inventory of products
• Maintain customer orders and order statuses
• Maintain customer information including names and addresses
• Maintain a list of popular products for the Store Front.
The ecommerce solution allows potential clients and clients to:
• Browse by category for products
• Search by name or description for products
• Shop in Canadian or US dollars
• Change currency while shopping
• Add/remove products from a shopping cart.
• Modify quantity of each product in a shopping cart
• Checkout and pay by paypal IPN or Money order
• Register as a client on the site
• View order history and order status as a registered client
